Tell us your arrival plans before arranging collection. Our standard handover is in Renfrew. Collection at another location needs to be agreed in advance and may cost extra.

Your collection and return
Collection from 14:00
Leave room for the handover
We’ll show you the roof, beds, kitchen and camper systems before you set off. Plan your first drive after the handover, rather than booking an activity immediately after collection.
Return by 12:00
Keep the final morning simple
Choose a last-night base with time to get back to Renfrew, refuel and pack down before noon.

Before you head over
- Complete your driver details. Follow the My Wee Coo link in your booking messages and submit the requested documents before collection.
- Decide what to bring. Bedding and towels are optional extras. Add them when available for your booking, or bring your own.
- Book your first-night pitch. In winter, a short first drive leaves more time to settle in before dark. Take an easy dinner for the first evening.
