By confirming\n        a booking, making a booking payment, accepting a Vehicle or commencing a rental,\n        you agree to be bound by the Terms &amp; Conditions applicable to that booking.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <div class=\"wcc-important\">\n        <strong>Your statutory rights<\/strong>\n\n        <p>\n            Nothing in these Terms &amp; Booking and Rental Agreement<\/h2>\n\n\n    <h3 id=\"definitions\">1.1 Definitions<\/h3>\n\n    <p>In these Terms:<\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        <strong>\"Wee Coo Campers\", \"we\", \"us\" or \"our\"<\/strong> means\n        Wee Coo Campers Ltd.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        <strong>\"Customer\", \"hirer\", \"you\" or \"your\"<\/strong> means the person\n        named as the lead hirer on the booking.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        <strong>\"Approved Driver\"<\/strong> means a driver whose required information\n        has been supplied and who has been accepted by Wee Coo Campers and, where\n        applicable, our insurer.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        <strong>\"Vehicle\"<\/strong> means the campervan supplied under the booking,\n        together with its keys, equipment and accessories.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        <strong>\"Rental Period\"<\/strong> means the period between the agreed collection\n        and return times shown on the booking confirmation or subsequently agreed\n        by Wee Coo Campers in writing.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        <strong>\"Booking Value\"<\/strong> means the agreed price for the rental and\n        optional extras, excluding the refundable Security Deposit.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        <strong>\"Security Deposit\"<\/strong> means the refundable sum or card\n        authorisation held against amounts properly due under this agreement.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        <strong>\"Insurance Excess\"<\/strong> means the amount for which the customer\n        remains responsible in relation to a covered insured incident.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        <strong>\"Collision Damage Waiver\" or \"CDW\"<\/strong> means the optional\n        Wee Coo Campers product which reduces the customer's liability for ordinary\n        accidental collision and bodywork damage covered by CDW from the standard\n        \u00a31,000 Insurance Excess to \u00a3150.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        <strong>\"Overhead Damage\"<\/strong> means damage to any part of the Vehicle\n        above 1.83 metres (6 feet) from ground level.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <h3 id=\"formation\">1.2 Booking and Formation of the Agreement<\/h3>\n\n    <p>A direct booking becomes confirmed when:<\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n        <li>Wee Coo Campers issues written confirmation;<\/li>\n        <li>the required booking payment has been received; and<\/li>\n        <li>any information required at that stage has been supplied.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <p>\n        Release of the Vehicle remains conditional on completion of required driver,\n        identity, insurance and payment checks.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        We may refuse to release the Vehicle where a proposed driver cannot satisfy\n        applicable legal or insurance requirements.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <h3 id=\"hire-period\">1.3 Minimum and Maximum Hire<\/h3>\n\n    <p>\n        The normal minimum hire is <strong>2 nights<\/strong>.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        During July and August the normal minimum hire is\n        <strong>6 nights<\/strong>, unless otherwise agreed.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        The maximum standard hire is <strong>30 days<\/strong> unless a longer period\n        is agreed in writing and suitable insurance arrangements are confirmed.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <h3 id=\"passengers\">1.4 Passengers and Child Seats<\/h3>\n\n    <p>\n        Our campervans are authorised for up to four occupants in total, including\n        the driver, unless the particular Vehicle is stated otherwise.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Every occupant must use an appropriate seat and seatbelt whenever the\n        Vehicle is moving.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        The hirer is responsible for ensuring that children travel using a legally\n        suitable child restraint.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Where Wee Coo Campers supplies a child seat or restraint, responsibility\n        for checking suitability and secure installation remains with the hirer.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <h3 id=\"drivers\">1.5 Drivers and Insurance Eligibility<\/h3>\n\n    <p>Drivers must normally:<\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n        <li>be aged between 25 and 75;<\/li>\n        <li>hold a valid driving licence acceptable to our insurer;<\/li>\n        <li>satisfy applicable insurer eligibility requirements;<\/li>\n        <li>provide accurate identity, licence and address information;<\/li>\n        <li>\n            disclose endorsements, convictions, accidents, claims, restrictions\n            or other information requested for insurance purposes; and\n        <\/li>\n        <li>be approved before driving the Vehicle.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <p>\n        Licences issued in the UK, EU, Canada, USA, Australia and New Zealand are\n        normally acceptable, subject to insurer requirements. Other licences may\n        require prior insurer approval and an International Driving Permit.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>We may require:<\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n        <li>a valid photo driving licence;<\/li>\n        <li>a passport or other accepted photographic identification;<\/li>\n        <li>two proofs of address dated within the previous 3 months;<\/li>\n        <li>a DVLA check code for UK licence holders; and<\/li>\n        <li>other documentation reasonably required by our insurer.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <p>\n        A maximum of two Approved Drivers is permitted unless otherwise agreed.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        <strong>Only Approved Drivers may drive the Vehicle.<\/strong>\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Providing driving licence details to Indie Campers or another intermediary\n        does not remove any requirement to complete Wee Coo Campers' own driver and\n        insurance verification process.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <h3 id=\"included\">1.6 What Is Included<\/h3>\n\n    <p>\n        The specific items and benefits included with your rental are those shown\n        against your Vehicle, hire plan, package and booking confirmation.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>Standard hire will normally include:<\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n        <li>unlimited UK mileage;<\/li>\n        <li>standard UK motor insurance for eligible Approved Drivers;<\/li>\n        <li>roadside assistance;<\/li>\n        <li>kitchen and cookware;<\/li>\n        <li>plates, cups and utensils;<\/li>\n        <li>complimentary tea and coffee;<\/li>\n        <li>normal cooking gas supply;<\/li>\n        <li>basic cleaning and safety equipment;<\/li>\n        <li>mains hookup cable;<\/li>\n        <li>leisure battery;<\/li>\n        <li>heating where fitted;<\/li>\n        <li>fridge or fridge\/freezer where fitted;<\/li>\n        <li>hob and sink;<\/li>\n        <li>sleeping arrangements appropriate to the Vehicle;<\/li>\n        <li>internal lighting and blinds or curtains; and<\/li>\n        <li>Vehicle handover and orientation.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <p>\n        Equipment and benefits may vary by Vehicle, hire plan or package. Your\n        individual booking confirmation takes precedence where a particular\n        entitlement is concerned.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <h3 id=\"third-party\">1.7 Third-Party and Intermediary Bookings<\/h3>\n\n    <p>\n        A booking may be made through Indie Campers or another booking platform,\n        agent, travel company or intermediary.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Payment, amendment and cancellation conditions imposed by that intermediary\n        may apply to payments or services arranged through them.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Regardless of where the booking was made, these Terms apply where relevant\n        to the physical rental and use of a Wee Coo Campers Vehicle, including:\n        driver approval, insurance, Security Deposits, collection and return,\n        Vehicle care, damage, CDW, cleaning, fuel, fines, tolls and missing equipment.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p class=\"wcc-back\"><a href=\"#contents\">Back to contents<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n    <!-- ========================================================= -->\n    <!-- PART 2 -->\n    <!-- ========================================================= -->\n\n    <h2 id=\"part2\">2. Payments, Deposits and Cancellations<\/h2>\n\n\n    <h3 id=\"payments\">2.1 Booking and Payments<\/h3>\n\n    <p>\n        Unless another arrangement is stated on your booking confirmation,\n        a <strong>10% booking payment<\/strong> is required to confirm a direct booking.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        The remaining balance is due\n        <strong>30 days before the Rental Period begins<\/strong>.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        For bookings made within 30 days of collection, the full Booking Value may\n        be required when the booking is confirmed.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        If an amount is not paid when due, Wee Coo Campers may request payment and,\n        following reasonable notice, treat the booking as cancelled by the customer.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <h3 id=\"security-deposit\">2.2 Security Deposit<\/h3>\n\n    <p>\n        The standard refundable Security Deposit is <strong>\u00a31,000<\/strong>.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Where CDW has been selected and paid for before the Rental Period begins,\n        the Security Deposit is reduced to <strong>\u00a3150<\/strong>.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        The Security Deposit is separate from the Booking Value and may be taken\n        as a payment or card pre-authorisation.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>The Security Deposit may be applied towards sums properly due, including:<\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n        <li>the applicable Insurance Excess;<\/li>\n        <li>Vehicle damage;<\/li>\n        <li>damage excluded from CDW or insurance;<\/li>\n        <li>tyres and wheels;<\/li>\n        <li>lost or damaged keys;<\/li>\n        <li>missing or damaged equipment;<\/li>\n        <li>cleaning charges;<\/li>\n        <li>fuel and misfuelling;<\/li>\n        <li>recovery costs;<\/li>\n        <li>late return charges;<\/li>\n        <li>fines, tolls and notice-processing charges; and<\/li>\n        <li>other amounts properly due under this agreement.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <div class=\"wcc-important\">\n\n        <strong>The Security Deposit is not a limit of liability.<\/strong>\n\n        <p>\n            If an amount properly due under these Terms exceeds the Security Deposit,\n            the remaining balance remains payable.\n        <\/p>\n\n    <\/div>\n\n    <p>\n        Where a deposit is held as a card pre-authorisation, the time required for\n        released funds to become available is controlled by the card issuer and\n        payment processor.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <h3 id=\"cancellation\">2.3 Cancellation by the Customer<\/h3>\n\n    <p>\n        Cancellation must be notified to Wee Coo Campers in writing.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Campervan rental is reserved for a specific date or period. The statutory\n        14-day cancellation right which applies to many distance contracts does not\n        normally apply to vehicle rental booked for a specific date or period.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p><strong>More than 30 days before collection<\/strong><\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Sums paid will be refunded less a cancellation administration charge of up\n        to <strong>\u00a350<\/strong>, limited to reasonable administration and transaction\n        costs arising from the cancellation.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p><strong>30 days or fewer before collection<\/strong><\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Wee Coo Campers may retain or recover an amount representing the reasonable\n        direct loss caused by the cancellation, up to the Booking Value.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>When determining this amount we will take account of:<\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n        <li>payments already received;<\/li>\n        <li>costs already reasonably incurred;<\/li>\n        <li>costs avoided because of the cancellation;<\/li>\n        <li>whether the Vehicle can reasonably be re-hired; and<\/li>\n        <li>income received from a replacement booking for the same period.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <p>\n        We will not recover the same loss twice.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        If a replacement booking reduces our loss, the cancellation amount will be\n        adjusted accordingly.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        If you do not collect the Vehicle, collect it late, return it early or\n        voluntarily terminate the rental early, you are not automatically entitled\n        to a refund for unused rental time.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        We recommend appropriate travel insurance including cancellation cover.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <h3 id=\"changes\">2.4 Changes to a Booking<\/h3>\n\n    <p>\n        Requests to change dates, Vehicle, drivers, collection or return times,\n        destination, hire plan, package or optional extras are subject to availability\n        and, where relevant, insurer approval.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        A change is not confirmed until Wee Coo Campers confirms it in writing.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Where a change increases the Booking Value, the additional amount is payable.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Where a requested change reduces the Booking Value, any refund will be\n        considered using the cancellation principles above.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <h3 id=\"availability\">2.5 Vehicle Availability and Substitution<\/h3>\n\n    <p>\n        We will make reasonable efforts to provide the Vehicle booked.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        If the Vehicle becomes unavailable because of breakdown, accident, safety\n        concerns, late return by another customer or circumstances outside our\n        reasonable control, we may offer a suitable alternative Vehicle.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        If no suitable alternative is available and we cannot provide the booked\n        rental, we will offer an appropriate transfer of dates, credit or refund\n        for the service we are unable to provide.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p class=\"wcc-back\"><a href=\"#contents\">Back to contents<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n    <!-- ========================================================= -->\n    <!-- PART 3 -->\n    <!-- ========================================================= -->\n\n    <h2 id=\"part3\">3. Collection, Use and Return of the Vehicle<\/h2>\n\n\n    <h3 id=\"collection-return\">3.1 Collection and Return<\/h3>\n\n    <p>\n        Standard collection is from <strong>2:00 PM<\/strong> unless another time\n        is confirmed on your booking.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Standard return is by <strong>12:00 noon<\/strong> unless another time is\n        confirmed on your booking.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Early collection or late return may be included in your selected hire plan\n        or separately agreed.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>The Vehicle must be returned:<\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n        <li>to the agreed location;<\/li>\n        <li>by the agreed time;<\/li>\n        <li>with a full tank of the correct fuel;<\/li>\n        <li>reasonably clean internally;<\/li>\n        <li>with all supplied equipment present; and<\/li>\n        <li>in the required condition, fair wear and tear excepted.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <p>\n        Wee Coo Campers may use photographs, video, checklists and mileage records\n        to document Vehicle condition.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        If you expect to return late, contact Wee Coo Campers as soon as possible.\n        A later return time is not agreed unless confirmed by us.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        An unauthorised late return is charged at\n        <strong>\u00a315 per hour or part hour<\/strong>.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        The maximum late-return charge is the applicable daily rental rate for the\n        Vehicle, capped at <strong>\u00a3150<\/strong>.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <h3 id=\"vehicle-use\">3.2 Use of the Vehicle<\/h3>\n\n    <p>You must:<\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n        <li>drive cautiously, responsibly and lawfully;<\/li>\n        <li>take reasonable care of the Vehicle and equipment;<\/li>\n        <li>comply with road traffic law;<\/li>\n        <li>secure the Vehicle when unattended; and<\/li>\n        <li>follow reasonable safety and operating instructions.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <p>The Vehicle must not be:<\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n        <li>used for racing, rallies or speed trials;<\/li>\n        <li>used for driving tuition;<\/li>\n        <li>used for courier work or commercial carriage;<\/li>\n        <li>used to tow another vehicle or trailer unless approved;<\/li>\n        <li>driven by anyone who is not an Approved Driver;<\/li>\n        <li>driven by anyone impaired by alcohol or drugs;<\/li>\n        <li>used off-road;<\/li>\n        <li>driven onto beaches or through seawater;<\/li>\n        <li>driven through floodwater;<\/li>\n        <li>used on clearly unsuitable tracks or terrain;<\/li>\n        <li>used for unlawful purposes; or<\/li>\n        <li>used to transport dangerous or illegal materials.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n\n    <h3 id=\"travel\">3.3 Travel Area, Roads and Ferries<\/h3>\n\n    <p>\n        The Vehicle may be used within the United Kingdom unless otherwise stated.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Travel to the Republic of Ireland, mainland Europe or another country\n        requires prior written approval and may require additional insurance,\n        breakdown cover, documentation or fees.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Ferry travel is permitted where suitable for the Vehicle and any required\n        destination approval has been obtained.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        The Vehicle should only be driven on roads and surfaces reasonably suitable\n        for normal road vehicles.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <h3 id=\"dimensions\">3.4 Vehicle Dimensions and Overhead Damage<\/h3>\n\n    <p>\n        A campervan is larger and taller than a normal passenger car.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Drivers are responsible for ensuring sufficient clearance around height\n        barriers, car parks, bridges, tunnels, trees, overhanging structures and\n        other restricted spaces.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        For these Terms, <strong>Overhead Damage<\/strong> means damage to any part\n        of the Vehicle above 1.83 metres (6 feet) from ground level.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Overhead Damage is excluded from CDW.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Particular care should be taken when reversing and manoeuvring in tight spaces.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <h3 id=\"fuel\">3.5 Fuel, AdBlue, Gas and Batteries<\/h3>\n\n    <p>\n        The Vehicle is normally supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be\n        returned with a full tank of the correct fuel.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        The hirer is responsible for using the correct fuel and for reasonable\n        costs resulting from misfuelling.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Where AdBlue is required, dashboard warnings must not be ignored.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Gas and electrical equipment must be used safely and reasonably.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        If anything feels unclear, please message us before trying to fix it yourself.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <h3 id=\"maintenance\">3.6 Maintenance, Faults, Tyres and Wheels<\/h3>\n\n    <p>\n        Warning lights, fault messages or unusual mechanical symptoms must not\n        be ignored.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        If a significant warning or fault occurs, stop where safe and contact\n        Wee Coo Campers.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Repairs, recovery or replacement parts must not normally be authorised\n        without prior approval.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        With prior approval, Wee Coo Campers may reimburse reasonable emergency\n        mechanical expenditure up to \u00a350 where it relates to an underlying Vehicle\n        fault for which the customer is not responsible.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <div class=\"wcc-important\">\n\n        <strong>Tyres and wheels<\/strong>\n\n        <p>\n            Tyre and wheel damage occurring during the Rental Period is the hirer's\n            responsibility unless caused by a confirmed pre-existing Vehicle defect.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n            Where a tyre can safely be repaired, the reasonable actual repair cost applies.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n            Where a tyre cannot safely be repaired, the replacement charge is\n            <strong>\u00a3120 per tyre<\/strong>.\n        <\/p>\n\n    <\/div>\n\n\n    <h3 id=\"security\">3.7 Vehicle Security and Keys<\/h3>\n\n    <p>\n        The hirer must take reasonable steps to secure the Vehicle.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>When unattended:<\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n        <li>remove the keys;<\/li>\n        <li>lock the Vehicle;<\/li>\n        <li>close windows where appropriate; and<\/li>\n        <li>use supplied security devices where instructed.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <p>\n        Lost or damaged keys may be charged at the reasonable cost of replacement,\n        coding, recovery and necessary security work.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <h3 id=\"smoking-pets\">3.8 Smoking, Vaping and Pets<\/h3>\n\n    <p>\n        Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the Vehicle, awning or other\n        enclosed hire equipment.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Pets are permitted only where agreed as part of the booking.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        The standard dog cleaning fee is <strong>\u00a335<\/strong>.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        A maximum of two dogs is permitted unless otherwise agreed.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Pets must not be left unattended where doing so creates a welfare risk or\n        material risk of damage.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <h3 id=\"equipment\">3.9 Accessories and Equipment<\/h3>\n\n    <p>\n        Equipment, accessories and optional extras supplied by Wee Coo Campers\n        remain our property.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        They must be returned complete and in reasonable condition.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Missing or damaged equipment may be charged at reasonable repair or\n        replacement cost. Fair wear and tear will not be charged.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <h3 id=\"title\">3.10 Title and Alterations<\/h3>\n\n    <p>\n        Wee Coo Campers retains legal title to, or lawful possession and control of,\n        the Vehicle at all times.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        The Vehicle may not be sold, assigned, sublet, lent or otherwise disposed of.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        No mechanical alterations, modifications, fixings, stickers or additions\n        may be made without prior written permission.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p class=\"wcc-back\"><a href=\"#contents\">Back to contents<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n    <!-- ========================================================= -->\n    <!-- PART 4 -->\n    <!-- ========================================================= -->\n\n    <h2 id=\"part4\">4. Damage, Insurance and Breakdown<\/h2>\n\n\n    <h3 id=\"insurance\">4.1 Insurance<\/h3>\n\n    <p>\n        Fully comprehensive motor insurance is included for eligible Approved Drivers,\n        subject to the insurer's terms, applicable excess and these Terms.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        The standard Insurance Excess is <strong>\u00a31,000<\/strong>.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        The Insurance Excess is the customer's normal maximum contribution towards\n        a covered insured incident, subject to any exclusions, policy conditions or\n        circumstances in which insurance cover does not apply.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>Windscreen charges are:<\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n        <li>\n            <strong>\u00a350<\/strong> for a small windscreen chip that can be safely repaired; and\n        <\/li>\n        <li>\n            <strong>up to \u00a3500<\/strong> where windscreen replacement is required,\n            subject to the applicable insurance position.\n        <\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <p>\n        Personal belongings are not insured by Wee Coo Campers.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <h3 id=\"cdw\">4.2 Collision Damage Waiver<\/h3>\n\n    <div class=\"wcc-important\">\n\n        <strong>Reduce your damage excess from \u00a31,000 to \u00a3150<\/strong>\n\n        <p>\n            Optional Collision Damage Waiver costs\n            <strong>\u00a315 per rental day<\/strong>.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n            CDW covers ordinary accidental collision and external bodywork damage\n            to the Vehicle and reduces the customer's liability for covered damage\n            from the standard <strong>\u00a31,000 Insurance Excess to \u00a3150<\/strong>.\n        <\/p>\n\n    <\/div>\n\n    <p>\n        Examples of ordinary accidental damage which would normally fall within\n        CDW include:\n    <\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n        <li>accidental bumper damage;<\/li>\n        <li>accidental body-panel damage;<\/li>\n        <li>door or wing damage;<\/li>\n        <li>external paintwork scrapes;<\/li>\n        <li>damage caused when reversing into an object;<\/li>\n        <li>accidental collision with another vehicle; and<\/li>\n        <li>accidental collision with a fixed object.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <p>\n        CDW applies only where it has been selected and paid for before the\n        Rental Period begins.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Where CDW is selected, the refundable Security Deposit is also reduced\n        from \u00a31,000 to <strong>\u00a3150<\/strong>.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <h3 style=\"font-size:1.05em;\">CDW exclusions<\/h3>\n\n    <p>CDW does not cover:<\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n        <li>tyres, punctures or wheel damage;<\/li>\n        <li>lost or damaged keys;<\/li>\n        <li>misfuelling;<\/li>\n        <li>interior damage;<\/li>\n        <li>Overhead Damage;<\/li>\n        <li>\n            underbody damage caused by off-road, unsuitable-road or prohibited use;\n        <\/li>\n        <li>deliberate or reckless damage;<\/li>\n        <li>damage caused while driven by an unauthorised driver;<\/li>\n        <li>\n            damage caused while a driver is under the influence of alcohol,\n            drugs or another impairing substance;\n        <\/li>\n        <li>theft where keys have been left in or with the Vehicle;<\/li>\n        <li>damage arising from prohibited use of the Vehicle; or<\/li>\n        <li>\n            damage where insurance is invalidated by fraud, deliberate misuse or\n            another serious breach of these Terms.\n        <\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <p>\n        Ordinary driver error does not, by itself, invalidate CDW. For example,\n        accidentally scraping a bumper while reversing would normally remain\n        covered provided the Vehicle was being used normally and lawfully.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        CDW does not cover cleaning, fuel, fines, tolls, missing equipment,\n        late-return charges or other non-damage charges.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        CDW is a contractual reduction in the amount payable by the customer for\n        covered Vehicle damage. It is not a separate insurance policy.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <h3 id=\"accidents\">4.3 Accidents, Damage and Incidents<\/h3>\n\n    <p>\n        If an accident, collision, theft or material damage occurs:\n    <\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n        <li>stop safely;<\/li>\n        <li>notify Wee Coo Campers as soon as reasonably possible;<\/li>\n        <li>contact the emergency services where required;<\/li>\n        <li>obtain third-party names and contact details;<\/li>\n        <li>record Vehicle registrations;<\/li>\n        <li>obtain insurer and witness details where available;<\/li>\n        <li>take photographs where safe to do so;<\/li>\n        <li>do not admit liability or agree a private settlement; and<\/li>\n        <li>co-operate reasonably with Wee Coo Campers and its insurer.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <p>\n        Damage liability will be determined by reference to the applicable Insurance\n        Excess, whether CDW applies, any relevant exclusions and the reasonable loss\n        actually arising.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Wee Coo Campers will not recover compensation twice for the same damage.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <h3 id=\"inspection\">4.4 Post-Return Inspection<\/h3>\n\n    <p>\n        An initial handback check may be completed when the Vehicle is returned.\n        This does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the Vehicle's condition.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Wee Coo Campers has a normal inspection window of up to\n        <strong>48 hours after return<\/strong> to wash, inspect and document:\n    <\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n        <li>Vehicle damage;<\/li>\n        <li>missing equipment;<\/li>\n        <li>excessive cleaning;<\/li>\n        <li>fuel shortfall;<\/li>\n        <li>tyre or wheel damage; and<\/li>\n        <li>other return-condition issues.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <p>\n        Where a deduction is made, we will provide a written explanation identifying\n        the booking or order reference and, where reasonably available, supporting\n        photographs, invoices, estimates or other evidence.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        The 48-hour inspection period does not prevent later recovery of:\n    <\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n        <li>parking or traffic notices received later;<\/li>\n        <li>tolls or road-use charges received later;<\/li>\n        <li>third-party insurance claims;<\/li>\n        <li>\n            damage or mechanical consequences which could not reasonably have been\n            identified during the normal inspection; or\n        <\/li>\n        <li>fraud or deliberately concealed damage.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <p>\n        Once the inspection has been completed, any undisputed balance of a Security\n        Deposit held as payment will be refunded or any pre-authorisation released.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <h3 id=\"breakdown\">4.5 Breakdown and Replacement Vehicles<\/h3>\n\n    <p>\n        If the Vehicle suffers a mechanical fault or breakdown not caused by the\n        hirer, Wee Coo Campers will use reasonable efforts to:\n    <\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n        <li>arrange roadside assistance;<\/li>\n        <li>arrange repair;<\/li>\n        <li>provide an alternative Vehicle where reasonably available; or<\/li>\n        <li>provide an appropriate refund for affected rental time where necessary.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <p>\n        You must not continue driving where doing so would be unsafe or reasonably\n        likely to cause additional damage.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Where breakdown or recovery is caused by customer misuse, misfuelling,\n        tyre damage, lost keys, prohibited road use or another matter for which\n        the customer is responsible, reasonable resulting costs may be charged.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p class=\"wcc-back\"><a href=\"#contents\">Back to contents<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n    <!-- ========================================================= -->\n    <!-- PART 5 -->\n    <!-- ========================================================= -->\n\n    <h2 id=\"charges\">5. Schedule of Charges<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n        This Schedule brings together the principal fixed charges which may apply\n        during or following a rental.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Where a charge is described as a reasonable actual cost, Wee Coo Campers\n        will base the amount on the reasonable cost or loss incurred and may provide\n        supporting evidence where appropriate.\n                   <\/td>\n                <\/tr>\n\n            <\/tbody>\n\n        <\/table>\n\n    <\/div>\n\n    <p class=\"wcc-small\">\n        Fixed charges shown in this Schedule apply to bookings made under this\n        version of the Terms &amp; Conditions. Variable charges will be based on\n        reasonable evidenced costs or losses. Administration and Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n    <h3 id=\"additional-charges\">6.1 Payment of Additional Charges<\/h3>\n\n    <p>\n        The lead hirer is responsible for amounts properly due under this agreement.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Where a charge is identified after return, Wee Coo Campers will provide\n        reasonable details of the amount and basis of the charge.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Properly due amounts may be deducted from the Security Deposit.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Where permitted by the applicable payment arrangement and law, an outstanding\n        amount may also be requested or charged using the payment method associated\n        with the booking after details of the charge have been provided.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Where damage has not yet been repaired, the amount may be supported by a\n        repair estimate, supplier quotation or other reasonable evidence.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        If the eventual reasonable cost is materially lower than an amount retained\n        against an estimate, any appropriate balance will be refunded.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <h3 id=\"fines\">6.2 Fines, Tolls and Penalties<\/h3>\n\n    <p>\n        The hirer is responsible for parking charges, speeding penalties, bus-lane\n        charges, congestion charges, low-emission-zone charges, tolls and other\n        traffic or road-use charges arising during the Rental Period.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Where permitted, Wee Coo Campers may provide the hirer's or relevant driver's\n        details to the issuing authority or parking operator.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Where Wee Coo Campers receives and is required to process a parking charge,\n        penalty, toll, enforcement notice or similar correspondence relating to the\n        Rental Period, a <strong>\u00a340 administration charge per notice<\/strong> applies.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        The \u00a340 charge is separate from the underlying charge, fine, toll or penalty.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        These notices may arrive weeks or months after the Vehicle is returned and\n        are therefore not subject to the normal 48-hour inspection period.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <h3 id=\"lost-property\">6.3 Lost Property<\/h3>\n\n    <p>\n        Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings at the end\n        of the Rental Period.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Where practical, we will make reasonable efforts to identify the owner of\n        property found in the Vehicle.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Reasonable postage or courier costs for returning property are payable\n        by the customer.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <h3 id=\"data\">6.4 Data Protection and Communications<\/h3>\n\n    <p>\n        Wee Coo Campers processes personal data for purposes including booking\n        administration, driver verification, insurance approval, fraud prevention,\n        payment processing, roadside assistance, Vehicle security, legal compliance\n        and handling claims, fines and tolls.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Information may be shared where necessary with insurers, brokers, payment\n        providers, roadside assistance providers, booking intermediaries, authorities\n        and professional advisers.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Please see our\n        <a href=\"\/fr\/privacy-policy\/\">Confidentialit\u00e9<\/a>\n        for further information.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Operational booking communications may be sent by email, SMS, WhatsApp\n        or telephone.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        These may include booking reminders, driver information requests, optional\n        extra reminders, collection information, return information, payment\n        information and other communications reasonably necessary to administer\n        the rental.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Marketing communications are handled separately in accordance with\n        applicable consent and privacy requirements.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <h3 id=\"termination\">6.5 Termination of the Rental<\/h3>\n\n    <p>\n        Wee Coo Campers may terminate the rental and require the Vehicle to be\n        returned where there are serious grounds to do so, including:\n    <\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n        <li>fraud or material misrepresentation;<\/li>\n        <li>driving by an unauthorised person;<\/li>\n        <li>unlawful use;<\/li>\n        <li>serious safety risks;<\/li>\n        <li>abandonment;<\/li>\n        <li>material compromise of insurance cover;<\/li>\n        <li>deliberate or reckless damage; or<\/li>\n        <li>another serious breach of these Terms.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <p>\n        Where reasonably possible, we will contact the hirer before terminating\n        the rental unless immediate action is necessary.\n    <\/p>\n\n\n    <h3 id=\"liability\">6.6 Liability<\/h3>\n\n    <p>\n        Where the customer is responsible for damage or another breach, Wee Coo\n        Campers may recover reasonable direct losses caused by that breach, subject\n        to applicable insurance and consumer law.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        We will take reasonable steps to reduce avoidable losses and will not recover\n        the same loss twice.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Neither party is responsible to the other for losses which could not\n        reasonably have been foreseen when the booking was made, except where\n        the law provides otherwise.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be\n        unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused\n        by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p class=\"wcc-back\"><a href=\"#contents\">Back to contents<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n    <!-- ========================================================= -->\n    <!-- PART 7 -->\n    <!-- ========================================================= -->\n\n    <h2 id=\"part7\">7.
